IONA Villas, Samara, Costa Rica

The place was gorgeous, very clean, and close to the beach. Despite the compact size there is a full kitchen (with bodum and coffee roasted on site!!) Ben was super helpful and there were toys mats and boogie boards to enjoy the ocean with our kids. We would highly recommend this place to any family travelling to Samara.

Definitely unorthodox to have a log cabin at the beach but we took a chance and loved it! Very cozy and unique, with a nice outdoor shower! Literally steps away from nice coffee shops with a great location to get to downtown and the beach! A special surprise - we saw a group of eight (!) monkeys playing on the mango tree in the front yard. Hosts were very flexible!
